We're excited to share the latest updates to the Sanusom Platform. This release expands the patient import template to support DME location data, consent for contact dates, and preferred language, allowing teams to load and manage patient volume efficiently and accurately.

What's New

Patient Import Template Enhancements

• What's Changing: The patient import template has been updated to accept DME location information, Consent for Contact date, and preferred language, all of which will populate the corresponding fields at the patient level.
• Why It Matters: Teams managing large patient loads previously had no way to bring DME location, consent, or language preference data in at the time of import. This required manual entry after the fact, increasing the risk of errors and adding significant post-load work. With these updates, all of that information can be captured upfront in a single import file, ensuring records are complete and accurate from day one.

DME Company Filtering

• What's Changing: A new DME Company filter has been added to the org admin portal under the Organization section, allowing users to sort and view patients by their associated DME location.
• Why It Matters: Teams can now quickly filter and view patients by DME company, making it easier to manage and report on patients by location.
