What’s Updated

GNP Workflow Performance Optimizations

• What’s Changing: Background and retrieval processes that support the Get Next Patient (GNP) workflow have been optimized to reduce overall system load.
• Why It Matters: These improvements enhance responsiveness and stability, especially for organizations with high patient volumes, helping teams move through work queues more efficiently.

Enterprise Queue Sort Presets

• What’s Changing: Enterprises can now choose from four configurable sort presets to control how patients are prioritized in the work queue.
• Why It Matters: This provides greater operational flexibility, allowing each organization to align queue behavior with its preferred workflow and outreach strategy. It is designed to be helpful if your agents get behind on their assignments within GNP as well.

Days on Device Calculation

• What’s Changing: The previous “Months on Device” display has been updated to track Days on Device, calculated from the therapy start date. After 270 days, the value will automatically convert to a month based view.
• Why It Matters: This delivers more precise visibility during the early stages of therapy while still providing a simplified long-term view for established patients.
