We’re pleased to share the latest updates to the Sanusom Platform. This release includes enhancements to API capabilities, automated data synchronization, and compliance-driven patient management. Together, these updates improve data accuracy, streamline workflows, and support consistent application of compliance rules..


What’s New

API Enhancements

  • What's Changing: New filter parameters have been added to retrieval endpoints, additional properties have been added to existing DTOs, and new DTO properties are now supported during patient creation. New endpoints have also been introduced to support full and partial patient record updates, as well as retrieving the provider to be applied to a patient.
  • Why It Matters: These updates provide greater flexibility and efficiency for integrations, reduce the need for multiple API calls, and support more complete and accurate patient management.

Automated Vendor Data Synchronization

  • What's Changing: Vendor ID and therapy start date are now automatically retrieved from the manufacturer's system on a nightly cadence for newly imported patients.
  • Why It Matters: Automating this process improves data accuracy and reduces manual effort.

Manual Call Duration Handling Update

  • What's Changing: Manual calls will automatically calculate duration based on selected start and end times.
  • Why It Matters: This ensures call durations are consistently and accurately represented, reducing the risk of misinterpretation when entering or adjusting manual call details.

Automatic Patient Disenrollment Based on Compliance Duration

  • What's Changing: Patients are now automatically disenrolled based on their assigned compliance duration type and their organization’s configuration for enabling this feature.
  • Why It Matters: Patients may now be automatically disenrolled based on their assigned adherence program duration and their organization’s configuration for enabling this feature.  This is an optional feature, and if you are interested in this new feature, we will work with you to turn it on for your organization.
