What’s New
2026 Remote Monitoring Billing Updates
- What’s Changing: The system has been updated to apply the 2026 Remote Patient Monitoring billing rules when generating and validating CPT codes 99445 and 99470.
- Why It Matters: This ensures practices are ready to use the 2026 Remote Patient Monitoring billing codes when needed, keeping billing workflows aligned with current guidelines without requiring manual intervention or process changes.
Organization-Level GNP On Track Configuration
- What’s Changing: Upon request, organizations can be configured to automatically remove patients classified as On Track from the GNP workflow, without changing default system behavior.
- Why It Matters: This gives organizations control over whether On Track patients appear in the GNP workflow, allowing the workflow to reflect their preferred operational setup.
Automated Text Response for On Track Patients Removed from GNP
- What’s Changing: When the Organization-Level GNP On Track Configuration is set to remove On Track patients, those patients will receive an automated text response if they send an inbound message.
- Why It Matters: This helps inform patients when they text in, ensuring they receive a consistent response even when they are excluded from the GNP workflow.
Onboarding Email Resend for New Users
- What’s Changing: Admin users can now resend a new user’s onboarding email, resetting the 24-hour onboarding window and helping keep the onboarding process moving if the original email is missed.
- Why It Matters: This helps new users get onboarded more smoothly by minimizing delays and confusion, allowing access to the system without unnecessary waiting or follow-up.
