What’s New

GNP Landing Page

What’s Changing: A new landing page has been added for GNP, providing a centralized entry point tailored to their workflow.
Why It Matters: This delivers a clearer, more streamlined starting experience for GNP users and ensures navigation begins in the most relevant area of the platform.

RingCentral Calling Integration

What’s Changing: We are introducing RingCentral calling directly within the application, allowing staff to initiate calls and manage dispositions through an integrated experience.
Why It Matters: This provides an alternative to CallShaper for organizations that prefer or already use RingCentral, allowing their call activity to occur directly within the platform and link back to the patient record.

Niko Health Integration for Encounter Notes

What’s Changing: Encounter notes created in the system will now automatically send to Niko Health for organizations that are configured to use Niko for their documentation workflow.
Why It Matters: This reduces manual documentation steps and helps ensure encounter notes stay consistent between systems without requiring additional user effort.

HCPCS Device Code Support

What’s Changing: Patients can now be assigned a HCPCS code through a new HCPCS Code field in both the Admin and User portals. Patient import has also been updated to include a required HCPCS column, with an optional value per row.
Why It Matters: This allows patient device types (CPAP, Bi-level, etc.) to be categorized accurately for reporting and workflow purposes.

Setup & Compliance Workflow Enhancement

What’s Changing: Scheduling a new setup appointment now prompts users to confirm moving the patient back to setup status, ensuring the workflow reflects their current phase.
Why It Matters: This prevents patients from remaining incorrectly in compliance and keeps setup and compliance stages aligned with actual activity.

Angular 20 Upgrade

What’s Changing: The Admin Portal has been upgraded to Angular 20.
Why It Matters: Improves performance, stays aligned with the latest security updates, and modernizes the application’s framework. Some styling changes may be noticeable due to updates in Angular’s default component behavior.

Serverless Functions Framework Update

What’s Changing: The Serverless Functions framework has been upgraded to the latest supported version.
Why It Matters: This improves performance and long-term reliability of background processing and integrations, ensuring the platform remains aligned with current standards.
