What’s New
Additional Status Reasons and Tertiary Reason Support
- What’s Changing: New status reasons have been added across the system, along with support for an optional tertiary reason
- Why It Matters: This allows for more detailed tracking and categorization of patient statuses, improving clarity and reporting accuracy
Outreach-Pending Status Behavior Updated
- What’s Changing: Patients without RPM Consent and no “Consent to Contact” are now placed in Outreach-Active instead of Outreach-Pending. An "Ineligible" button replaces "Enroll" for these cases
- Why It Matters: This enables automatic status transitions to Outreach-Inactive and avoids patients being stuck in a non-actionable state
Patient Setup Scheduling View
- What’s Changing: A new view has been added to support patient setup scheduling.
- Why It Matters: This helps schedulers more efficiently set up patients and streamlines their workflow.
Automated Brightree Notes Entry
- What’s Changing: Patient Encounter notes will not be entered to the Brightree system through an automation process.
- Why It Matters: This reduces manual effort, improves consistency, and reduces the amount of time entered in multiple systems.
Additional Call Disposition Options
- What’s Changing: New options have been added to the call disposition list for manual calls.
- Why It Matters: This provides better flexibility and accuracy when documenting call outcomes.
Middle Name Now Editable in Patient Dashboard
- What’s Changing: Users can now edit a patient’s middle name directly within the patient dashboard.
- Why It Matters: This improves data accuracy and makes it easier to keep patient information up to date.
Admin Portal - New Vendor Credential Tagging
- What’s Changing: A new feature has been added to allow tagging of vendor credentials in the admin portal.
- Why It Matters: This enables better organization and management of vendor credentials.
