We’re excited to share the latest updates to the SanusomPlatform! This release focuses on usability improvements, administrative control, and enhanced clarity across key workflows. From expanded insurance support to dual time zone scheduling and better visibility controls, each update is designed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and the overall user experience.


What’s New

Compliance Met Date Override

  • What’s Changing: Users can now add a ‘Compliance Met Date’ for patients within the patient dashboard.
  • Why It Matters: This gives flexibility in managing the patients compliance record in cases where automatic tracking does not apply or is not available.

Tertiary Insurance

  • What’s Changing: System can now store additional insurance information. In addition, the user can enter or edit Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary insurance information.
  • Why It Matters: It allows for more complete insurance records, improving record accuracy and support for patients with multiple coverages

Dual Time Zone Display (Calendar/Appointments)

  • What’s Changing: Calendar appointments now display the time zone of the primary attendee and the user viewing the entry.
  • Why It Matters: This reduces confusion in scheduling and improves clarity for users coordinating across time zones.

Text Color

  • What’s Changing: Light gray text color was adjusted to a darker gray color.
  • Why It Matters: Improves readability and reduces eye strain when viewing the patient dashboard.

Enhanced Visibility for Intervention Suggestions

  • What’s Changing: The Intervention Suggestions button has been updated with a more prominent color and larger size.
  • Why It Matters: Makes the feature easier to notice and access, helping users take timely action with greater efficiency.

Patient List View Enhancements

  • What’s Changing: Improved consistency in group selection behavior and added visual highlighting for selected groups (e.g., Enrolled, Disenrolled).
  • Why It Matters: Enhances usability and reduces confusion by making it easier to identify and navigate between patient groups.

Operations Measurement Management

  • What’s Changing: A new feature has been added to the Admin Portal that allows authorized users to hide specific patient measurements.
  • Why It Matters: This gives the Operations team more control over data visibility, enabling them to manage measurement accuracy without needing developer intervention—especially in cases where incorrect reports are uploaded.
