Outreach Inactive Automation

  • What’s Changing: Patients in the Outreach Active status will now automatically transition to Outreach Inactive if they exceed the organization-configured duration.
  • Why It Matters: This streamlines patient management and reduces manual intervention.

Case Model Enhancements

  • What’s Changing: Organizations can now assign patients to specific sleep coaches within their team.
  • Why It Matters: This improves personalization and accountability in patient care.

ResMed Detailed Report Upload

  • What’s Changing: Introduced a ‘ResMed Detailed Report’ document type for patient documents, with automated PDF parsing.

Known Issues

User Import from Compliance Log

  • Issue: The ‘Select All’ checkbox does not function during patient imports from the compliance log.
  • Workaround: Select patients individually for import.
